Watching the weather in the evening means your wash n’go won’t get washed out by thunderstorms, and reviewing your upcoming day in your planner means you’ll always be prepared for that Monday meeting. Working out in the morning? Sleep in your yoga pants to make yourself more likely to do your sun salutations tomorrow. 2. Wake up earlier.
Waking up just an hour earlier sets you up for success. In 2008, a Harvard biologist discovered that early risers were more proactive throughout the day. Use your quiet time for organizing, goal setting, or brainstorming for your hustle while the rest of the family sleeps. Got early risers? Try setting your alarm for just a half hour earlier. Even 30 minutes will give you a head start on the rest of your day.
